Our Fallow deer (Dama dama) have been bred for performance with imported genetics from the best fallow herds in Europe including Gyulaj Park in Hungary. Our AI program in the late 1980's allowed us to dramatically improve the quality of our breeding stock.  Hungarian fallow deer have exceptional temperaments making yarding and shed handling easy. They are noted for their excellent carcass conformation and although they can be short in stature they have good long bodies.  Recently we have supplemented the genetic pool with carefully selected stock from South Australia.
